I am speaking from experience. I've changed my brokers and I had to come back with Afscot within 6 months. Other brokers do not deliver the service I've enjoyed from you and Alex. Even when Afscot was not my broker they sorted out my problems with my insurance company.

Hi Lynn,

The time has come to say our goodbyes and part ways for a time. The opportunity we have in Japan has extended and we have a problem keeping the Guest House going profitably.

We are in the process of closing down the Coral Tree Guest House and would like you to suspend our policy at the end of June or soon after. We would also like to know if you can arrange for insurance for our car as we plan to keep it in a private capacity if we come to SA for a visit.

It is sad as we really enjoyed working the B&B. We do need to thank you for your excellent service, and the way you so freely shared information with us. You are a remarkable lady and we can only wish you the best.

A BIG THANK YOU!

Hi Lynn,

We have just had TV Doctor here - WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

1) They fixed up the loose wire causing the main problem.
2) They tidied up the mass of wires behind the TV in the lounge which I always referred to a 'pit of snakes', which is what it looked like!
3) the re-tuned all 6 TV's, which the "gum tree gang" had also apparently done - but sometimes on to the wrong places, so we still had bad pictures.

WOW, everything is SPIFFING - and the PRICE...a mere R550.00!

So if General Appliances are charging B&B Sure more than that, it needs to be queried - because all the things that were wrong before they started, WERE STILL WRONG when we came back, and LOTS MORE WAS WRONG TOO. I am really suspicious - I cant believe they are TV Technicians at all.

ET and Norman were wonderful, we have a really super alarm which is easy to use. Also, we got Forest Fencing (your recommendation) to put little fences in the lapa so our guests cannot fall over the edges when they pull their chairs out.

SO THANK YOU LYNN, 3 things you have recommended to us for our benefit!

When can you come for tea ? I have a super new lemon cake I would love to bake for you and Alex.
