BnB SURE's Head Office is based in Johannesburg and started trading on 1 August 1999, this was done after 12 months of research and development together with B&B owners to get an in depth understanding of their client's needs.

Afscot Financial Services was formed in October 1999 two months later, Afscot then invited Dave Jack of BnB Sure to come to Durban to introduce him to Heather Hunter the current President of the NAA a venue was arranged by Afscot for the Umhlanga Rocks B&B Association to meet at the Life Savers Club in Umhlanga Rocks. Many of the members attended this meeting. History further unfolds and this was the beginning of the current association between Afscot, BnB Sure and the NAA. Afscot have since then serviced hundred's the NAA members with the BnB Sure product.
